About Us

Amber Tande

Director of The Holistic Yoga & Stress Reduction Program

Amber has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Holistic Health Psychology from Bastyr University and a Master’s Degree in Integrative Studies in Psychology with a focus on Holistic Health and Wellness Planning from Antioch University. She has over 12 years of experience and practice with yoga and is also a certified Reiki Master. Amber conducts yoga, meditation, and wellness workshops addressing specific needs and interests, such as stress, anxiety, depression, detoxification, chakra balancing etc. with the goal of helping students and patients achieve their highest potential.

The Spa and Yoga programs at the Sanctuary have been mindfully created with regard to total wellness. Each style of yoga class and each wellness service offer a slightly more specific focus, creating a holistic system of wellness and depth of practice facilitated by our incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate practitioners and yoga instructors.
